Product is fine. Delivery was a nightmare. Van arrived during the advised delivery slot and driver went back and forth between the tail and the cab. He then came to the door and said the item was not on the van and he would get customer service to ring me. They did and said they would try to get it delivered on another van that day and that it happens quite a lot. Small van arrived with just the driver who asked if I had a trolley which I did not. I then had to help him carry the oven into the house as he could not on his own. Nightmare - very poor - good job I did not pay for a timed delivery.

Looks nice, cooks really well, so far no issues other than dials really hard to read, mine is under counter so probably makes it harder.

Very pleased with the oven. The fast heat facility for preheating the oven is brilliant. Not used the oven much yet, but first impressions are very favourable.

Let down badly by our installer who, to be fair, had been let down by their supplier, it seemed our new kitchen was going to be delayed by some considerable time. Fortunately I was able to source the missing oven from AO who delivered the very next day, (07.20), and the installation was completed on time. Very good price as well. We've had the oven working for a week now and it's absolutely brilliant. It looks good and works like a dream, especially compared with our old oven. The range of programmes available are far more extensive than we are likely to use but it's good to know they are there if needed in future. Really pleased with the user manual, simple but concise with good illustrations and explanations of the functions and accessories. Great product, great service.

Fantastic oven.

We had problems removing the door immediately after delivery. It took a week to resolve this with a number of phone calls and messages to customers services. Although I explained the drawings in the manual didn't represent the hinge mechanism, there solution was to give me a link to the identical manual. Eventually I was sent a drawing, different to the manual, with the locking clip circled. Everything is now operational but I think the door locking mechanism is likely to be damaged if any attempt is made to close the door or hinges when the locking clips are closed.
