Freezer is better than we thought. So quiet, should have bought it sooner.

Well organised, staff very organised in picking up the freezer. Cheerful and efficient

This freezer is hudge. It was very well packed and the deivery people where excelent. The lid is nicley counterbalanced and there is a ome light in the lid so you can see what you are doing. The only critisism could mention is that the power lead comes out on the right hand side, which is great if the electric socket i also on that side. For me, the socket was half way up a wall in the guarage on the left hand side and the lead was about 500mm to short. No problem, I just used an extension cable. So if you are plugging in on the left, you may want to ensure you have a short extension lead on order at the same time.

Fantastic space and cooling really fast

Broken on arrival. AO then passed me onto an engineer rather than replacing. After waiting a week the engineer didn't turn up and now left chasing a second engineer. Very bad service from AO. Its a shame as they have been great in the past.
