The product is fine, it’s a freezer and it works as it should. The only downside was the delivery driver and his mate were a bit grumpy. They had no record that I had taken out the 5star service and didn’t initially want to unpack or take away the old freezer (Which is why I took out the 5 star service) Eventually they rang their office who confirmed it but there was much huffing and puffing about the whole issue. Shame really as AO have always been good in the past. Maybe it was just an off day.

2nd one of these we’ve ordered, the previous 2 years ago and no problems. Well made freezer, good value for money. Kept well informed of delivery and drivers here nice and early in morning at 7.30am! Will probably be ordering a third

Haier product is not only beautiful to look at, it’s also very quiet. One thing that stood out for me is the delivery and the drivers presentation during delivery. They were both pleasant and very happy to help. They were prompt and came at the time slated on the text sent to me. I also love that customer service and the update I got from ao company. Thank you. It was a pleasant experience

Fantastic chest freezer absolutely no problem with size and space can’t complain really quite no nose atall maintains temperature very well very easy to use digital thermostat product looks and feels expensive built to last overall 10/10 chest freezer highly recommended

Looks expensive and has a modern look and feel to it. Lovely bright light inside with 2 baskets. Actually internal size is bigger than I expected. Very pleased with my purchase. Ordering straightforward and delivery driver and colleague were very nice and handled the product with care. Would definitely recommend this freezer and AO for any future purchases..
