Very pleased with it so far - very roomy and no problems.

It's beautiful, massive and very functonal. It looks better in real life actually. It's easy to move as it has wheels. Easy plug-in install! The delivery was great, everything on time and great help from delivery people.

Loads of space for the fridge compartment which is all up top. The freezer is spacious down below too. Careful when unwrapping to keep the doors closed with tape as ours swung open and dented when taking off the pallet.

I purchased this Haier American Fridge Freezer with a little trepidation, I’ll be honest I had either an LG or Bosch appliance in mind, but they where a little too dear, so I looked at Hisense and the Haier and because I wanted the 70cm (or close to it) with the help of Connor the excellent sales advisor from AO who was not pushy at all, in fact he called me back the following day, as I wanted to run it past my partner. Settled on the Haier, I’m delighted with my purchase, it fits perfectly in my kitchen and is just the job, I was excited to fill it up after giving it time to come down to temperature, it’s got ample space for the two of us, in both fridge and freezer. I would not hesitate to recommend this appliance and AO, I’m a first time customer and certainly won’t be my last purchase, looking at a carpet cleaner next!.

Product works well and has plenty of space, for the slightly more compact fridge (smaller depth allowed me to fit the American style fridge through my narrow doors). Service was great from AO as ever. I had to cancel my original fridge order the day before delivery as I found out it was too narrow to fit through my doors when I moved in. They were also able to add additional items to the same delivery up to 12pm the day before.
