Great product, and although expensive when comparing it to how much we paid for the previous one, the long term energy savings make up for this. Super quiet in operation and clothes come out pretty much crease free and perfect for ironing.

Initially it was a great machine but started to become very loud. After six months we had to call Haire to arrange an engineer as the tumble dryer had stopped heating up and water was leaking out of the bottom. The tumble dryer was a right off and we were given a voucher to spend on another machine at AO. Despite the machine not working, the customer service team were amazing, friendly and very efficient.

Great product, great service and delivery. All the reviews of it being slow at drying worried me, but it’s great.

Absolutely love this product. How I have managed without I've no clue. Most things are dry to wear in either 30mins or 1hr 30 for bedding. I do use 6 wool dryer balls to speed up drying time. Easy to empty water drawer and clean filters. I'm so pleased. After reading reviews I was hesitant, glad I decided to test for myself. I couldn't be without this now.

Superb machine. No regrets. We have the same brand washing machine and freezer which is why we had the tumble dryer next too.

Absolutely fantastic! This saves so much energy, it's very aesthetic, they guys who delivered both fridge and dryer were amazing, very helpful and they were also conscious to not damage doors. The dryer is perfect and I would recommend it to anyone!
