So far very impressed. The app is really useful, gives loads of information about the many cycles. Duration of time left, you can pause the cycle from the app to. The size of the drum is great! Dryer is really good, won't use it on every cycle but definitely going to useful for those bigger items in the depth of winter.

Reasonably priced washer dryer that gets laundry clean. The machine also has wifi connectivity. So far so good - note if your water pressure is low you will get warnings that the machine did not fill in the allotted time.

I have no complaints over the product - it is very easy to use and the manual is very clear on how to use it and provides guides to the best programmes for types of wash.

Pros = This Hoover washer/dryer has a large load capacity of 10kg and a big door, which is great for washing duvets. It is also quite a compact and quiet machine, with lots of standard programmes to choose from and options to customise. And as a bonus, the door lock releases as soon as the programme finishes. Haven't had it long, but happy with its performance to date. Cons = The build of the washer/dryer is lighter than my previous machines (of different brands), so I hope it lasts as long. It also doesn't have a drain tube at the front - which is a useful feature in the event that you need to empty the machine manually.

Honestly I never wanted a combined machine because of previous experiences but I did some research and chose this one. It's fantastic! Washes perfectly and the clothes come out completely dry. Yes it takes longer to dry than a traditional dryer but to be honest it's worth it to reduce the amount of overall time to dry (used to take 24-48h on the airer). Highly recommend for busy families, the WiFi connection and notifications just add the the awesomeness!

Fantastic service, the delivery was fast, on time really it was flawless. The site is easy to use, price is good and had follow up by phone with a well explained, reasonable offer of protection. Can't fault it and will be back
