Performance is excellent although selecting programmes on either the app or directly on the machine is challenging to start with as the generic user manual covers several models. The 14Kg capacity is fantastic if not unbeatable for a domestic model. Comes into its own on damp winter days when the outdoor washing line isn't an option. Beautiful results washing a superking sized electric blanket which otherwise would've gone to the launderette.

Bit complicated to start with but soon becomes easy to use. Wash dry cycles seem to take a long time but to be fair it’s probably similar to a separate washing machine then dryer routine. My machine stopped working within 2 weeks of taking delivery. Drying no longer working and machine is making a terrible loud noise. I’ve had to book a repair through hoover and am having to wait 9 days for an engineer to turn up. Not the best start to owning a £650 machine.

Having a family member with a disability the large 14kg / 9kg capacity is a great help, I can wash / dry all the items I need, it has a fantastic range of programs and a delay start so items can be washed and dried and ready for the morning, the WiFi app was easy to install and connect, all in all a very useful washer dryer.

Great washing machine generally. The depth of this is bigger than standard washing machines, so isn't ideal sitting under counters. However, has a big capacity and the dryer functions work really well (it actually fully dries clothes!) It runs fairly quietly compared to my last machine (which broke due to a bearing coming loose).

We’re a growing family of 4 and the washing loads are not getting any smaller so we opted for the only large capacity machine available. We have not been disappointed, the large capacity 14kg drum has cut down on the amount of washes we need to do and duvets are no problems at all for it. Drying cycles work as expected - turn it on and clothes come out dry. Not had any interest in using the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth function yet. Really can’t fault the machine and surprised other manufacturers don’t offer a 14kg drum option, it really does cut the amount of washes needed and the machine is on a lot less than our old one.

Machine is very quiet when running a cycle even with fast spin. Quick wash options very useful and the intelligent weighing of the wash load to reduce the water usage and cycle time accordingly is superb. WiFi compatible, but a feature of which we had no interest. Not sure why you would want to turn on your machine by WiFi or when out when, as it has a timer function. Excellent product Hoover. Let the other manufacturers follow suit as no others offer a wash load of 14Kg or Dry load of 9kg.

We've only had this machine a week so not sure how long it will last. To use the WiFi control function of this machine you have to turn the plastic knob to the WiFi symbol. If you put your washing in, put it on a wash cycle using the physical controls, then go out, you can't later decide to put it on a dry cycle. To do that you'd have to set the machine to WiFi control mode, open the app and select the program from your phone - quite a flaw in the design in my opinion. The machine took quite a while (a few hours) before it would connect to the WiFi consistently. Once it was connected we tried a basic 3h 29m wash dry cycle - this took 6 hours when setup using the app, it took about the right time when using the physical controls on the machine, so we haven't used the WiFi setting since then. Overall, this machine washes and dries really well and has a huge capacity. The only issue is in the design of the WiFi connectivity element which knocks the machine from a 5 star to 3 in my opinion.
