For me the delivery was quick from purchase (this may vary for others) , once it was unpacked and installed, I ran WiFi setup, this was straight forward without any hassles. Ran first cycle. Was amazed at how quiet it was on the wash cycle. I ran a second cycle with darks in on a wash n dry program, again it was so quiet you wouldn't of thought it was on. Love the dump washing in front of washer take a pic and app tells you the best setting. Great idea as with been a male I usually just put everything on 1 wash and hope for the best. No more white shirts dyed to pink. Definitely worth the price and the 5 stars.

No complaints on this, does exactly what you need and I love using the app - works really well and you can adjust the programmes to what you want.

My 10yr old Hoover washer dryer started getting temperamental, so decided to donate it to a fixer upper friend and get a "new version" of it as it's been fab throughout. Zero regrets. Perfect yet again from day one. When I was getting my first, internet was full of naysayers about washerdyers not doing good enough job drying. Well, Hoover delivered what it said on the tin then and again with this one. If I ever forget cottons on the longest drying setting, it comes out so dry you'd never iron the creases out until next wash. It can wash&dry a lastmin outfit under an hour. Quickest wash takes 14mins. And everyone who comes over comments how quiet it is when they realise that gentle hum they hear from the kitchen is washerdyer on full spin. I can run the full cycle overnight times to be ready by the morning and our apartment building neighbours are no wiser. Mightily impressed by Hoover all over again. And the added child lock this time round is a nice bonus. PS: it is also whizzy techy with like 60 programmes in the WiFi connected app, if you're into that sort of thing.

I’m really happy I purchased this machine. I did my research and many reviews did put me off but I’m glad I went with my gut. Things I like: - The app- It was super easy to set up. Took 2 minutes. 1 minute to download app and 1 minute to connect. I think older reviews that slate the app are probably talking about older versions and it’s probably got much better. I don’t think I’ll ever set it from the machine. I like being able to see the progress of the wash wherever I am. Also super easy to choose a suitable program. - every program is adaptable for spin speed, detergent load, whether you want to add the dry cycle etc. Makes so much sense. I just use the all in one cycle and adapt accordingly. 59mins cycle is plenty for me and my washing needs but it’s nice to know that all the programs are adaptable. - When drying, you don’t have to empty the water. It goes out the normal waste pipe. Most other washer dryers, from what I could tell, required you to empty it manually. - 10 year parts warranty if you register the product. - quiet enough for running in the utility room. Negatives: - washer is definitely better than the dryer but I knew this would be a compromise going to a machine that does both. I hardly use the dryer so this works for me. Overall, happy with the service from AO and the product so far (3 weeks in).
