Really good washer dryer, like the 9kg drum load, large opening door, got so much to mention, moter is really quiet to the last one we had, so pleased with it, 1 small thing had to use our old water pipe new 1 leaked, no probs.

AOL delivered on time and kept me updated throughout the process. The appliance is exactly what I needed and was priced competevily. This was the first time I have used AOL but will certainly use AOL again and would recommend them to friends and family.

This is the second Hoover washing machine I've had. Glad to see they still do the 14 min wash handy if you just want to freshen up clothes. And the 59 min wash does a good wash. Like that this washer drier is easy to use, not complicated. You can change the temperature and spins on each wash if you want very handy. Very quiet when spinning/drying. All in all very happy with my purchase.

Reliable and relatively fast so far. Drying times are long, but they do adjust according to dryness and load size. Only negative is that clothes seem to come out more wrinkled/creased than my previous Hotpoint machine (maybe due to a smaller drum size). The installation team also found that the water hose leaked, so replaced it with a spare.
