Was well aware of the energy savings on a heat pump dryer, but was put off at first by price, but this product has met all expectations looks great , so quiet , using a smart meter display, can see the low electric use compared to a standard dryer , and, comes with an extension hose to take water straight out to the drain ! The door is extra large to make loading a breeze with a double lint filter to keep dryer working at max efficiency. The controls are straightforward, a simple rotary selector, and plenty of options if required , but as its a sensor dryer , it just does it by itself. An excellent product. Satisfied customer.
