Product is brilliant, but what is more impressive is the customer service. I have recently purchased 4 large items from AO and every time the service is second to none. Bought this for 2 reasons mainly the savings that can be made using heat pump dryers. Should pay for itself in a few years, this on also is the same brand & colour as our washer so they look pretty sleek side by side.
