This heat pump dryer takes hours to dry a small load. After an hour on cotton dry my socks, pillow cases and pants felt very damp . It may cost less to run but takes forever. My old dryer was so much more effective in a shorter time so surely that's more environmentally friendly. I bought this to match the washing machine but to be honest that's it's only good point. I do not recommend this expensive dryer! Do yourself a favour and avoid it. Also it is noisy. I wish I could send it back! ( I bought it in July and have only just started using it in November) I'm not a happy bunny.

This tumble dryer is exactly what our family of 4 need. QuiCkly dries and is easy to empty.

Great tumble dryer, like the easy to use dial to select the programme. I would have like to see a 10kg available to match the washing machine. Will see how it all works out when it comes to washing duvets which maybe down to drum size rather than weight. Like the washing machine it is lovely and quiet. Appliance online delivery - great as usual.

Although this takes longer than our old vented pump it is amazing! I would say plumb it in, we started off using it like a condenser but it became boring emptying the tank. Now it is plumbed in it is much better and dries clothes perfectly. Clothes come out soft and everyone has been commenting on how nice my washing smells. It locks in the fragrance. Our electricity bill has come down significantly too, even though it’s on for much longer. Best appliance I have bought for a long time!
