Don't be fooled by the German sounding brand name Haier as it is a Chinese make . We bought a new tumble dryer as our 11 year old AEG vented tumble dryer's heater component stopped working. Being such an old machine it didn't seem worth having it repaired even if one could get the parts. Persuaded by 'Which' magazine to go for a heat pump machine this time and looking at the favourable reviews we bought this model in December 2022 but have regretted it since. It takes forever to complete a cycle-typically 2 and 1/2 hours and clothes aren't always well dried then. In August the door catch broke and the Hoover/Candy engineer who covers Haier products admitted it was a very flimsy piece of plastic. The top and side panels of the machine had to be removed to access the broken catch and as he does not carry the spare part he could only repair it with superglue as a temporary repair. The replacement catch has taken 5 weeks to arrive. I am expecting more of the same trouble in the future and I shall be looking more carefully at the country of origin for products in future

Works better than we expected.The instructions could have been clearer(who has silk stockings these days?).Disappointed to find it was made in china. Overall very happy so far.

Pros Great washing machine, quiet and good load size, lots of dry options, water dispenser empties directly into the drain Cons Programs take a lot of navigating, doesn't weigh laundry and determine dry cycle time. Basic program is 2 hours 30 mins most times not always dry (used to have my old on on for 2 hours and always dry) Need to have more of an explore to get the settings just right for us

wonderful. Does exactly what we need, and quiet too, easy to clean and use,so happy with this heat pump dryer,the only little thing we miss is acustics on the controls.

It is quiet when working , has a lot of different programs so you can dry in it even very delicate fabrics. Very pleased with it.

Good drying performance

Tumble dryer heat pump to save on the bills, now normally i can get a load washed and in the tumble dryer then another 2 washing finished before the first is dry but this machine is one load to one load ?? and really quiet. Collects water and lint bits like it os suppose to. I would give this machine a 5 out of 5. Spot on. Nothing not to like but a whole load of likes on this machine.

Great product, super quiet, efficient and matches the washing machine I purchased with it perfectly. Love the removable shelf to dry trainers after a run on a rainy day!
