Hisense Induction cooker, tested review, from G0PVR, an enthusiastic would be Chef!!

    4/5
Great Budget induction cooker, the hob gets 5/5 , it does what it should, without any complications. The Oven again, no surprises, It works as any standard fan convection oven should. Now the grill, this is the kicker, If you want to use it, remember it will take about 15-20 minutes to get hot, hence this cooker looses 1 star. Overall great value for money, but you may want to buy a toaster and Ninja grill to complete your kitchen lineup. Not quite winner winner Chicken Dinner, but with a manufactures change to the grill, it would be.

    1st electric cooker

A great budget cooker with a few quirks but worth buying

    4/5
A nice cheap induction cooker with some minor design flaws. First it's super easy to clean unlike the gas cooker it replaced but every time you wipe the top the cooker hob turns on and off which is mildly annoying. The ovens don't show the temperature anywhere except the dial so you have to be supple and bend down to check its on the right setting, it also doesn't have much feedback that it's on other than the light so I sometimes think I've not turned on but a few mins later the fan kicks in. Talking of fans it stays on for a few mins after everything is turned off which might be nice in the winter to spread the heat around but annoying in the summer. Of course these are minor niggles and overall slowly getting used to cooking with electricity which doesn't have the same feedback as gas. Would definitely buy again and great service from AO except the misleading ability to disconnect and recycle the old gas cooker which you need to sort yourself.

    Once working it’s great

    4/5
The cooker once working is brilliant, would suggest reading the instructions I had my electrician hard wire it in, it only half worked due to a manufacturer loose wire behind wire terminal.

    Useless

The worst cooker ever. Pernickedy induction hob, which I don’t find any quicker than my old solar ceramic. No minute timer. Oven has no low keep warm function but worst of all no grill. To use the ‘grill’ function it is necessary to preheat the top oven for 20 plus minutes plus and then switch to top down down heat which takes 10minutes to make a piece of toast.you must close the door so cannot grill any meat or fish which needs to be checked, very disappointed. Do not touch it with a barge pole if you want to actually cook. Also the doors protrude too far, cannot open cupboard door. Whatever happened to recessed doors.

Very impressed. Bought as an upgrade from an electric cooker. Looks great, works brilliantly.
