Bought this cooker as I had the previous Hotpoint cooker for 8 yrs and was really happy with it. The HoB has to be used on higher temperatures as it can’t retain the temperature if you lower it down to simmer.also the controls on the hob are far to small..we had to put blocks under the cooker as in this model the adjustable legs are too small. Overall A nice looking cooker,but because of the function and details would not buy a Hotpoint cooker again.

Great efficient cooker. Easy to clean and v stylish looking. Very pleased with the cooker.

Great cooker, really like the two ovens and being able to use the smaller one for most cooking. Induction is really efficient and getting things up to temperature is much faster than with my old cooker.

Really disappointed with this cooker. Both the original order and replacement cookers developed similar faults within just 10 minutes of use, that being the complete failure of the induction hob. Also massively inconvenient that I had to wait for over a week for Hotpoint to send an engineer to confirm the issue was with the device rather than the installation, even though AO had confirmed this was the case. It then took a further 2 weeks for a replacement, only for the induction hob fail to fail again almost immediately. (Hotpoint: you need to investigate your in-house quality control process) This meant I had to put up with over a month without a working cooker, and being diabetic, made adhering to my prescribed diet extremely difficult and potentially dangerous. After giving up on Hotpoint, I chose to buy a cooker from AEG instead, and amazingly this has experienced absolutely no issues whatsoever. To say I'm really disappointed with both the Hotpoint cooker and their service in general is an understatement. Definitely NOT recommended!

So far so good, oven, grill and induction job all work perfectly. Only criticism is the cheap looking quality of the dials and handles, but ultimately they don’t effect functionality

Very happy with this cooker. Induction hob is so fast ! Oven easy to use . Main oven is fan only , with second conventional oven/grill . Note there is no grill in the main oven - this doesn’t bother me but may put some people off. Very easy to clean.
