A really nice cooker for the price Love the look and it cooks really well

Went through many websites to read details as every site says this oven came with varying functions and details. None are 100% accurate. I think the upper oven door on this model is supposed to come off for easy cleaning however the latches do not go where they need to - one latch is too loose and falls out before you get the door off and the other is quite tight yet somehow falls out as well. Removable doors is one of the features I really wanted and now I don't have it. There is no oven light in the upper window and the light in the lower oven remains on while the oven is on. You cannot manually turn it on or off as needed. The lower oven is REALLY low to the floor. I am only 157cm tall and I need to squat right down to use it. I am on my knees to wipe the interior down after using. The oven itself is super easy to use and we have no major issues with it. Price and delivery were both good and the staff were friendly. Having some minor issues claiming the 10-year parts warranty but should get that resolved soon, I hope.

This is a stunning looking oven! It feels like a more expensive oven, the build quality from Hotpoint is great. Purchased to replace an older oven for my elderly mother. The controls are simple to use and the ceramic hob heats up instantly. The main oven heats up very quickly, it’s great this is A rated unit. The only down side was the adjustable feet are a little cheap and a bit wobbly but nothing we couldn’t deal with. All in all a great buy

Nice cooker ..hobs heat up quickly..takes about 10mins for oven .bottom oven door bit stiff would rather pulled down that across..overall nice cooker would recommend
