Love love love it, fast delivery. Had to trade her brother Henry in as he got sick but hetty is just as good. The kids love every time she makes an appearance. They greet her. She’s fantastic at eating all the bits off the floor.

I’ve had so many hoovers over the years but this is, hands down, the best one I’ve ever owned. Every tradesperson or cleaner I’ve ever had has always used a Henry so I think that speaks volumes. It may not look as ‘flash’ as a Shark or Dyson but it is a fraction of the price and does just as good a job. It is a bit more bulky for storage but a pay off I’m willing to take for the product and satisfaction post Hoover.

Love this little vacuum. Almost too pretty to use! She does the job, picks up everything I need her to, including troublesome pet hairs. Very light and nimble and has a great reach so doing the stairs is easy. Stores away neatly. Great product at a great price and delivered promptly and professionally.

Strong suction.. maybe a little but too much to hoover carpet, its more like a workout! Excellent hoover though and comes with 2 hoover bags.
