    our last hetty hoover lasted 11 years and only broke due to a water incident ! the most reliable and reasonable hoover out there. essential to any house hold. purchasing off AO was super quick and easy.

    Absolutely love this little Hetty. Fabulous quality, brilliant cleaning tools, not heavy for carrying upstairs to do bedrooms, powerful and sturdy. Easy to empty and put new bag in. Wouldn't be without mine

    Previously settled for two cheap vacuums, neither lasted two years and have ended up costing me more in the meantime. Numatic is known for reliability and wow I'm impressed with the build quality and suction of Hetty. Fingers crossed it stands the test of time
