This is the second hetty I have bought and although I was a little disappointed that I didn't get the same pink tool bag I had with the last hoover and it looked smaller, it was still powerful and does a great job cleaning. I only got rid of my first hetty as I moved abroad, in between hettys, I bought a very expensive cordless which, in my opinion was a total waste of money. The hetty is small, compact but does a great job on hard floors and wool carpet (a particular problem for the cordless) Also, the hetty has a very long cord and I can hoover the stairs no problem without running out of cable. Overall, a great purchase.

Purchased this to replace my broken Miele! The vacuum is fantastic for the price. Holds a large amount and has a long cord for getting around the house easily! I didn't give it 5 starts as it does feel flimsier than my Miele but at a fraction of the price, I can put up with this.

I just love Hetty ?? just moved to a bungalow, I plug her in of I go, glides along my wooden floor easily. Just the thing for a OAP...

We bought this to avoid carrying our existing Henry vacuum upstairs. Hetty is lighter and yet still powerful. The vacuum is very simple to use, easy to manoeuvre around the house, it's perfect for what we wanted.

Hetty really has all we could wish for in a vacuum cleaner. It's powerful - the suction is fantastic - and easy to use and pull around. This new one is a great improvement over the previous model. We particularly like the easy to empty and change disposable bag. We can empty it without getting our hands dirty! A remarkable machine at a good price.
