We bought this to avoid carrying our existing Henry vacuum upstairs. Hetty is lighter and yet still powerful. The vacuum is very simple to use, easy to manoeuvre around the house, it's perfect for what we wanted.

Hetty really has all we could wish for in a vacuum cleaner. It's powerful - the suction is fantastic - and easy to use and pull around. This new one is a great improvement over the previous model. We particularly like the easy to empty and change disposable bag. We can empty it without getting our hands dirty! A remarkable machine at a good price.

Before buying the Hety I had a Henry for almost 10 years. This vacuum cleaner has great suction power and is easy to manoeuvre. I suffer from Fibromyalgia so I need an easy to use, not too heavy vacuum.

Very pleased with Hetty a little bit heavier than I imagined but she glides well, the tools are great something for all sorts of nooks and crannies, floor and Carpet. lovely sized Dust bags. very sturdy cleaner, I would recommend her as a good buy, at a reasonable price.

For years used various models of another well known UK vacuum cleaner brand, but after the Brexit stance of the owner decided to switch my allegiance. Happy I did as this is way less expensive & performs substantially better!
