After several years of cordless bag less vacuum cleaners, l am delighted to have Hetty! No more dead batteries, no more inhalation of dust when emptying. Lovely long cable all the tools you need on one appliance and I don't have to empty it for every use Very Happy ??

Great vacuum just as good as my Henry which I’ve now given to a house I rent out. A bit lighter and smaller but the suction is just as good as Henry. I would recommend this vacuum. Looks good and does the job.

What a great little machine. I only have a very small house, so limited floor space. This little vacuum is great, east to store, and a powerful suction. I have three Maine coon cats, and hard floors, so need a good hard floor attachment to get all the hair up, this does the job great. I find the brush rollers get clogged up quite quickly in my house.

Previously I had a cordless machine which worked fine so long as you washed the filters every few days, so I decided that I needed something more manly for the job since we now have two dogs. I have had a Henry before but found it too bulky for me to carry around especially the stair areas and so started looking around and reading reviews. Hetty was recommended by several of my friends but I was unsure until I actually saw the size. More compact than the Henry and lighter too so I ordered one! Firstly I vaccummed my floors with my cordless and then went over again with Hetty. I was completely astounded by the amount of debris Hetty took up considering that I had previously just vaccummed!!! Now there's no stopping me, Hetty comes out every day, whips over everything (amazing suction power), I don't have to empty the bag every single time, which is a bonus and has her tools on the back so that everything is to hand. I can't recommend Hetty enough, she's my little Godsend!!!!!!!

The best vacuum I’ve ever had. Great suction on carpets and hard wood floors. Good flexibility of movement in and out of rooms and looks pretty!
