So pleased with vac its just what I wanted excellent service and quality

Good size so easy to store if short of space. Very easy to use and does a good job but do sometimes have to go over a spot two or three times to get particular things sucked up.

I previously owned a Henry hoover which was very good. Tried other brands that were more costly, but so far this range has proved reliable above all others. I got this Hettie hoover as it was a little more compact and not as heavy as the Henry, but I am very impressed with the suction, both for carpets and hard floor. Gets everything up with minimal effort. Good bag size. Not that noisy. It's simple yet powerful. You know what you are getting with this Numatic range, and for the good price and efficiency, I think I will stick with it. Cames with 3 bags, one of which is already in for you, so you add the tube/poles and you are ready to go.

Suction is very good but there needs to be a lower power for Vinyl as it tends to lift it. Tool rack on back is inadequate for the tools supplied.

The Hetty is light and easy to use. it moves well and gets the job done in super quick time. It picks up everything including hair without a problem. It's quiet and compact so stores easily in my cupboard. I gave my previous vacuum cleaner to my Mum when her old one stopped working and I was going to replace it with another Henry but couldn't resist the bright and cheerful colour of Hetty.

After buying a cordless vacuum that stopped working within 2 months and needing a light, easy use vacuum after breaking my back, I found perfection in Hetty. She's as light as a feather for lifting up and down stairs and really does an amazing job of making my house spotless, even with 2 cats. Would recommend any type of numatic to someone who wants a good quality and not to mention sturdy vacuum.
