Had a Hetty before so had to buy one again as I'm moving house. Always reliable. Can't fault it ??

It's easy to use and very light. With all the different accessories is easy to use everywhere in the house.

Gosh I can't tell anyone how many vaccums I've been through, the whole price range too. It's so hard to find a good one, that's quality, but does the job repeatedly. I remembered back to years ago, we had a carpeted shop, and a Henry, which never failed us. So after two more vaccums losing suction after weeks, I decided to get a smaller version of Henry - Hetty. Why didn't I do this years ago. Fantastic suction, really good quality, very long retractable cable, tools that clip on the outside, as does the hose. It's early days, but wow, I'm so pleased, would recommend to anyone.

A lot lighter than the Henry. Easier to move around but suction is evey bit as good.

Brilliant equipment moves easily across carpet picks up all the bits on carpet and hard floors great size bag inside the machine why didn't I buy Hetty ages ago?

Great product, does exactly what you want and does it really well. We had one in the past but decided to try another make but we’ve come back! Buy a Hetty!

Classic! Brilliant! Just the best vacuum that is reliable. Brilliant power and of course- it’s pink!! But honestly it’s such a great vacuum!
