Looks amazing and I love everything about it, it makes my kitchen look great.

So far no complaints. A very slick and stylish F/F. The doors all open and close smoothly and crisply and feel well made. I think the drawer idea is great for a freezer, but it does leave the top shelf of the fridge being a little high for the smaller people in the family, but that could be an advantage! Only other vague niggle is the lack of versatility for the shelf positions. But not really a problem. I'm happy.

I am genuinely impressed with this fridge freezer. It is so solid and well made, from the fact that the salad drawer is on proper runners, to the overall well built and solid feel to the whole thing. The freezer drawers are a genius idea, and why more don't have them I cannot imagine as they are SO MUCH BETTER than the standard 'open door, fight with stiff, fragile perspex drawers' palaver. Heaps of room and easy to see everything. Plenty of room in the fridge too, the doors are excellent and have shelves that you can adjust to accommodate the usual milk etc. The light is very clear. Service from AO outstanding as always, quick ordering, best price, competitve offers for the installation and removal / disposal of old one, to the minute timed arrival trackable 'live time' including texts on the morning of delivery, and call from driver when on the way. Lads delivering were lovely and nothing was too much trouble, very polite and a credit to AO.

I've never owned a haier product before but I'm really impressed with the build quality and far quieter operation of the product compared to our last frost free fridge freezer. We picked the haier because we needed something a little bigger for storing our food and the style and offer price were very attractive.

It is lovely to look at and has enhanced the kitchen. The temperature gauge on the front of the door means that I know that food is being stored at the right temperature. There is plenty of room in the fridge and the freezer. The freezer drawers make life so easy. The fridge freezer is also slimline for an American style and I love the double doors. We could not be happier.

This fridge freezer is amazing! The finish is superb, the design is great and it's spacious, practical and nearly silent!!!! I can't believe I would be so impressed by a simple domestic appliance.
