Well engineered and good design, specious burner layout allows for more than one large pan. The controls are smooth with precise flame control. I had the hob converted to LPG; burner jet conversion kit provided. Take care connecting the gas supply right angle 1/2 inch connector as the treads for the hob connection are easy to cross thread.
