The oven is very quick to heat up and spreads the heat evenly. Only down side is it could do with an extra shelf.

The oven, is as described as with all new appliances it has it's own eccentricity. In this case, I was surprised at how long it retained its heat. But, that has been the o ly problem, so not exactly a concern. A good, efficient oven, to be honest, that's what you want.

Excellent oven heats up really quickly and has a handy timer. Super convenient being able to just plug it in Delivery was quick Ao are a supberb company

Great little product, super easy to fit (I did it myself). Good ordering experience from ao.com and delivery was superb. Unfortunately let down (again) from ao's underhand insurance selling practices (I've complained about these before when ordering other goods from ao) - they call pretending to check everything went ok with the delivery before then pushing their extended insurance in a way that doesn't make it obvious they are selling an insurance product (they didn't even check it was suitable as I told them I had already purchased for the 5 year extended warranty direct from Bosch for a one off fee of £99 (much better value than AO's offering AND clearly explained with documentation and key information included with the cooker. So in conclusion, fantastic product , easy to order from ao with great delivery options just be careful when AO call and if your vulnerable friend or family member orders from AO be super wary they aren't tricked into buying something without understanding what it is.
