I've now had 2 of these Bosch under the work surface ovens as they are the only ones that will fit my space, unless I have an entire kitchen rebuild. Unfortunately I don't find the interior as easy to clean as is suggested. I know perhaps it should be wiped clean after every use but at 73, I cannot get down on the floor to do it every day. If the splatterings are left a few days then they turn to a tar like substance, making it an issue for me. I would be keen to know what others recommend to keep theirs spick & span? Other than that it cooks well and heats up quickly and is a good price.
