Knobs on the control panel are a little fragile looking, but apart from that it works well.

I love the 3D heat setting, after thinking it was a gimic I end up using it a lot to reheat food more gently

As a replacement item I would have liked accessible terminals to install direct to the existing electric cable. Rather I had to have installed a 3 point surface socket for which the rear of the oven had not the required clearance from the wall. The instruction manual needs study to become familiar with new routines and programming the clock is quite an intellectual exercise. Looks good and has worked to the cooks satisfaction although there is only one wire shelf where another would be welcome. There is no way to reduce the brightness of the red digital display at night.

Arrived on time, really like the oven, one problem, the interior light does not work, changed bulb, still does not work. obviously cannot return oven as its been fitted.

The oven is well made and very simple to use. Exactly what I was looking for and good value for money.

Excellent oven easy to fit , delivered professionally great service

Excellent oven. Really pleased with it. Very efficient and great value for money. Used this to replace a previous oven I had which lasted 20 years so hope this will do the same. Only downside is the alarm for when the cooking ends is too quiet but not a major problem
