Good basic oven without too many specialised programmes which I wanted. Less to go wrong and not unnecessarily complicated. Thought the instruction book a little unclear in places. Would have liked one more shelf provided but otherwise pleased with the product. After sales service and registration very efficient.

Works well so far! Heats up much quicker than our old one and does a much better job of cooking food evenly.
