always like using AO as they really do deliver, and even when we had a problem with the installation of a washing machine they brought us, they dealt with it well. We waited a week to get this oven which seems to be no time at all. We were fully informed about delivery. The delivery man was charming. They did a great job of installation and checking the oven was working and we are very happy with the finished product. I just recommend Using ao to everybody I can. And I am very picky

The oven is quiet and cooks lovely. It also complements the look of my kitchen. Delivery was fast and they took away my old appliance.

Easy fitting, 3pin plug. One week in use: Robust door, fast warm up, simple controls. Cons. Timer ringer very quiet have to be in the kitchen to hear it ping, the control knobs could be more clearly marked on the outside of the knob, you lose sight of the markings when turned, which would be no problem at eyelevel fitting but is at undercounter, requires kneeling to see position. But nothing is ever perfect for everyone. These little thing would not stop me from recommending this product.

So far I am pleased with this oven. It heats up really quickly and cooks evenly, which sadly was not the case with my previous Baumatic. My only criticism is that the dials are plastic which makes them look a bit cheap, and the stainless steel smudges easily. For the price though that is no problem at all. As other reviewers have said, you only get one wire rack so keep one from your old oven to go into it before disposing of the old one.

A brilliant product. This is the second one I have purchased as I have had a new one built in to my new home!
