Very disappointed with this oven. It has been supplied with only 1 rack which makes it difficult when cooking a few different dishes. Also it appears to get very hot very quickly. Frozen chips cook on the outside but not all the way through. It may just be me having to get used it.....I hope so.

Had this oven for a week now and it's been amazing, pre heats quickly and comes with a massive pan that fits into the guide rails (as opposed to sitting on a wire shelf) only downside I have found is the dials feel a bit cheap. Would definitely reccomend

Straightforward and slick looking. Easy to use and great features such as removable door and glass panel. Small criticism is the marking on the knobs. Very hard to read the dial marking. Have used a black sharpie pen to highlight the indentation.

It cooks food. Turn it on, cook food. Set timer, food done when you want it. Pizza cooked evenly no burnt bits. Hot fast no need to warm oven. Does the job it was meant to very well.
