When our old oven died the Saturday before Christmas we were worried that Christmas dinner might be a hob and microwave affair. Fortunately AO saved the day and were able to deliver our new oven within a couple of days and take our old one away. The oven itself is a revalation compared to the old one which sounded like the space shuttle taking off. It's so quiet that sometimes I have to open it to check it's on which in an open plan space is a huge bonus. The only minor gripe is that the manual is a bit unclear and I had to ring Bosch customer services to ask about the difference between gentle air and 3D. The answer is that you use the gentle air setting if you are cooking on one shelf and 3D for more than one shelf. Simple when its explained clearly. I also saved the shelves from my old oven having read previous reviews.

Great simple Bosch oven just in time for Christmas. Nothing fancy but does the job well and great value. Quick delivery and installation from AO as ever

Great oven with easy to use controls. The 3d heat function I found useful when cooking on both shelves. Nice bright light makes the interior very visible when door is closed and so far have found the oven surface easy to clean. Comes with a moulded 13A plug attached so easy to fit, just two screws and a seal you need to stick on the top edge of the oven to fill the gap to your worktop.

Great oven saved my turkey and my Xmas ham!

Perfect thanks. Really appreciate the quick delivery intime for Christmas. Took the old oven away too for £20 I think it was so very reasonable. Also the delivery guys were respectful of our property. The oven its self its very quiet, cooks evenly heats up quickly. The only down side for our house hold is that the alarm sound isn't very loud and doesn't beep for very long. Overally very pleased Cheers AO
