It picks up pet hair better then any other vacuum I've used.

Harry arrived and I was quite looking forward to it. The adaptors for the sofa and stairs etc are great and it’s easy to set up and change adaptors. The set peddle from carpet to hard floor is abit tricky as it flicks back down and needs a firm foot to insure its stays in position. Changing the bag is easy and it’s quite a big bag so doesn’t need changing a lot at all. Overall rather pleasant surprise and is better than my previous hoover.

I bought Harry and was very surprised at how powerful it was. I struggled to push on the carpet but purchased another foot with rotating brush and it's the best Hoover I've ever had. Love how the tools are all on board too.

Love this hoover! Had a Henry for 18 years until it finally blew up. So as we have pets decided to go for the Harry & the suction is amazing,love all the attachments also.

Finally a vacuum that works well, now I know why office cleaners, car valetors etc all use these - brilliant!

We needed a vacuum cleaner that could cope with not only cat fur but also ash from the coal/log fire and Harry has been perfect for the job. It has all the accessories that you could ever need and they are so easy to switch from one to another. He has all the power that you need - even the cat knows that he's not to be messed, scurrying off to a safe area for fear of loosing his tail up the pipe! We keep Harry in the sitting room but you would never know he was there because he's not very tall and neatly hides behind our small coffee table.

Great suction and good for the price, though sometimes a bit hard to manoevre (hence 4 stars). Bought to replace a Bosch Athlet and the suction is much better on this.
