The suction was too great meaning it’s very difficult to use as it sticks to the carpet far too much. I sent it back after an hour of use.

Bought as an emergency gift. Did quite a bit of research on the spec but I forgot to take into account that this type of hoover would be unsuitable for my parents who are in their seventies. Due to the amount of bending down, they will only use an upright hoover. Also the upright model has the weight that counteracts the suction, whereas the cylinder types have little weight on the hose and nozzle making it very hard to push for people who lack mobility. I was unaware that they had very briefly used one many years ago and it had quickly caused back problems.

Loving my Harry- Ive been using cordless vacuums for so long I forgotten what proper suction was.

i have had a Harry hoover before, and loved him. So when i decided i wanted him back in my life, a o, was the best price, with the best delivery options. I love the great suction from Harry, and the many accessories, make vacuuming so much easier. He is brilliant at sucking up the many dog hairs.

Excellent little machine. Super easy to install, just plug and play. Does excellent washing on the ECO cycle. Rapid program for a quick rinse. Totally happy with it.
