The dishes come out sparkling and dry. The dishwasher is quiet when in use. There's loads of room for plates, dishes, glasses and mugs. Overall it's a fantastic product

Love this dishwasher. We had a horrible experience with a Hoover dishwasher before this. (The sensor buttons were a nightmare, the layout was rubbish…) This dishwasher has: proper push down controls, a movable cutlery basket; good layout generally; and most importantly seems to wash the dishes well. Happy :)

Very easy to install. Lots of settings for water hardness, rinse aid, for all in one tablet. Door pops open when it finishes or this can be turned off in settings. A very good clean. Every thing comes out sparkling and perfectly dry.

Worked as intended until it broke down a few weeks before its one-year warranty was up. Took two weeks for an engineer to come out. He said it needed a spare part and said Hotpoint would be in touch to arrange delivery and repair. One month later, they keep sending messages saying the part is not in stock and they will be in touch when it is. Hotpoint customer service is completely useless and can't tell me when the part will be in stock. Despite this product being within its one-year warranty period and having paid extra for the additional insurance policy for the last year, the dishwasher has been broken for more than six weeks Hotpoint won't repair or replace it. Since it broke within the warranty period, the insurance company won't pay out for a replacement, making the policy absolutely worthless.

Very pleased so far with dishwasher after one week's use. Very quiet and cleans the dishes extremely well.

Cleans well and doesn’t leave water marks on glasses like my old dishwasher. Quiet and a good selection of programmes . Very happy with my purchase .

Not enough width space on upper shelving folds. Only used for a week so not used all the functions yet although unlikely. Noise level low as expected.
