A fantastic piece of kitchen hardware. Easy instal and super easy controls. Very efficient. Good load capacity. It's great. Even the dog loves it!

Very mixed feelings. I phoned customer support for advise on product. I was told Yer it will fit. I've been doing this job for years. I tried to explain how I only have this width. And. I was cut short. It will fit, a lot of customers worry. But take my word. Anyway if it don't fit you can send it back. This did not make me feel confident about ordering. I reviewed more products. I could only find two units that were close to fitting. I went for one, i knew was too deep but i had little choice. You are well informed about when it will arrive. On the day the first information was wrong. 2.5hrs later. The delivery staff were very helpful, full of information and Courtesies. They are credit to your company. The item did fit width wise but does stick out 1cm. It is much quieter than old model. Washers better. I am happy with it

In general I am happy with the quality and performance of the dishwasher. It is simple to operate, cleans well and is relatively quiet. Fitting the door would have been a simple exercise if the template provided was accurate. First attempt (carefully using the template) resulted in the door being off centre and too low - I measured the template and compared with dimensions printed on it and they were way off. In the end I had to carefully measure the dishwasher front and position the fixings to suit. Would have been 5 stars otherwise. Hopefully it will be reliable.

Fab dishwasher, was a little annoyed initially as have to use salt and rinse aid which I haven’t usually as I use tablets, but the dishes come out sparkling and dry. Instructions a little more complicated than my last Hotpoint but once you get used to which cycle you prefer it’s a doddle. Really pleased with my purchase.

A great dishwasher is quiet when running.

This is not the model that I brought just over a month ago (HIC 3C28 WUK N ) This model does not show on AO site anymore but this model seems to be almost the same. But my model does not clean items and does not dry them like my old Hotpoint dishwasher did and that had a lot less so called programs to use. Very disappointed in my new one would not buy another one if this is how they now are.

Item works well, solid build quality. Does the job. Value for money. Door fixing kit straight forward.
