Perfect fit for the space needed. Love the different cleaning options. Simple to use. Just wish my husband kids would learn to stack the dishwasher properly

I have already left a positive review. Your service was excellent, your deliverymen were friendly, and helpful, however I haven’t managed to get my plumber to fit it yet because of Christmas so cannot comment on the machine’s performance as yet.

Bought this dishwasher to replace an older Hotpoint one that had broken down and was no longer worth repairing. Easy to install as door fixings were in the same place as the old one. A definite result! Easy to use, appears to clean well (especially the glasses) and the door pops open when it’s finished. Plenty of space for mugs, glasses and plates galore. Door is also very light in comparison to the older model we had. No complaints so far.

Product was simple to install, the layout of the shelves makes it a little challenging with a big family but we havent been disappointed at all with the quality of the wash. I like that the door automatically opens when the cycle is finished. We purchased this to replace a zanussi dishwasher which never worked properly (new build so no choice), so far this one is already doing leaps better, Hotpoint is a brand we have used in the past and they have always been good quality. The delivery guys brought it into the kitchen for us which made it easier for us as well.

Very easy to install. Very quite in use and with excellent results even when used on the ‘quick wash’ settings. When finished, the door automatically opens a little, allowing everything to cool. (Our previous model did not do this)

Really pleased with this dishwasher, it compares favourably with our old one (11 years old, so didn't do badly)! Things I like about this Hotpoint model: It gets items very clean & dries well; good range of was programmes; very flexible loading with a plate rack that can be used if the cutlery basket is not needed; good capacity; very quiet when running; top basket is height adjustable. Things that could be better: installation instructions are not very clear; the operations manual is badly written - the English is awful; the 3d washing facility can only be used when 1 drawer is in use (at least, that's what I understand from the badly written manual). There seems to be an indication that the rotary arm hits dinner plates stacked in the bottom basket. Either Hotpoint has made an adjustment, or people who have experienced this problem have exceptionally large dinner plates as I have found there to be more than enough space for even large dishes and plates. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Bought this to replace my old one which died after 10 years service. The new one is very similar to my old one but has quite a few updates. with this one, I can set a delay up to 12 hours in hourly units when my old one could only do 3 6 or 9 Hour settings. It also has superior cleaning with extra jets. It also automatically opens the door to enhance the drying inside the machine.
