Very happy so far, extremely quiet and dishes come out sparkling. Good space inside and easy to use. Some reviews mention not enough height in the bottom part, but the top rack is adjustable so you can easily sort this out! We did have a panic that our plates were too big at first, but you just need to make this adjustment.

I am highly delighted with my new Hotpoint dishwasher. I used it the day after delivery with just a few used cups and dishes and they were spotless clean and dry. Yesterday was the big test, Sunday dinner lots of pots and pans and dishes with stuffing stuck around the rims, casserole dishes with a burnt on crusts. I used a mixed wash programme and was absolutely amazed at the cleanliness. I would also like to add that this machine is so quiet I was down on my hands and knees with my ear to the door to make sure it was actually working ! I don't think I could have made a better choice, why pay hundreds more when this washes and drys to perfection.

Great dishwasher with out the unnecessary wifi etc easy to use and most of all clean dishes

Simple to use and seems to wash everything well, leaving them sparkling. The wash cycle seems to be noisier than my old machine, but as it is in the kitchen this doesn't really bother me. I moved the top shelf up to make space for my larger plates.

Spacious inside and easy to move racks, cutlery basket, etc. around to fit everything in. The automatic opening function is nice but dishes always come out dry even when it's not used. Much quieter than my old dishwasher but because it doesn't have much insulation on top and, in my kitchen, is positioned under the draining board rather than a solid worktop, the swishing water noise is noticeable at a couple of points in some cycles.

Service and delivery was excellent. The dishwasher works well so looking forward to many years of faithful service. I'm used to the AO sales pitch to buy insurance that I don't want - or I would have ordered it with the product. Why do they insist on this call under the pretext of checking the delivery details? After sales service from Whirlpool / Hotpoint was very poor. Kept on the line and punished by being put on extended hold because I queried why they wanted to use my details for marketing when they insisted (erroneously) that the extended speech before you get put through to speak to someone tells you that if you don't want your details used for marketing you need to tell them so, This is wrong on both counts. It also makes them money by having me on the line as long as possible, so I get why they are so awful at this bit. AO you would be better dealing with aftersales queries yourself rather than relying on Whirlpool to do a bad job. Delivery guys couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. So all in all a mixed experience.

This is a great wee dishwasher. Fully integrated but it feels sturdy, with a heavy door. I like the fact it has an economical setting although this takes a longer time than my last one. I know I am saving energy.
