Absolutely love it. There are a huge range of programs and I thought it was great how the condensed water is collected in the door so it’s always visible BUT it can also be connected directly to an overflow pipe so the water container never needs to be emptied! Brilliant.

Great size machine, very good quality and value for money. And as for AO the service is fast and customer service helped with everything. AO 5 star is 100% worth getting

Easy to use, easy to empty the water container & big enough to cope with large bedding & family washing. It does take longer than our old vented dryer, but its more energy efficient, so I think it's about the same on cost to run. The bedding program stops everything getting into a tight knot, so really useful. It does kick out alot of heat, so the utility room now has the radiator turned off. Win!

Dries clothes quickly, plenty of settings and filters are really easy to clean out. Really happy with it.

Bit loud. But I like the water collecting in the door.

Be careful when following instructions to install. Do not mistake the grey drain plug for something you have to remove before use. I did - as the instructions and photo are not great and as a result I damaged the drier by accident which is not covered by warranty. Be careful. Dries OK no problems.
