Lovely looking machine and dries really well. The app and wifi connection is not the best though

It's a really good product. Exactly the same as our old one, it is very quick at drying and seems to be low energy rating, so doesn't cost a lot to run. Would definitely recommend this machine.

Start pause button failed within 8 weeks of purchase. AO replaced the machine, but I think it is due to a design fault so will happen again. For some reason. Hoover have used a touch sensitive button rather than a mechanical one, and placed it on the thick plastic of the body of the machine rather than the thinner plastic of the control panel, where all the other touch sensitive buttons are. This is a standard panel that was used in the previous model, so I guess it was cheaper than redesigning it to incorporate the start/pause control.

Overall this dryer is my dream I love it, it makes laundry days so easy, my only issue is I had a problem with the drum breaking before I even had it a year. I don't know if mine was a faulty but they put in a brand new drum and I've had no issues since. The moisture tank is the easiest thing I use the water in my steamer or water my plants and lots of other things, I can use my dryer through the app which is super easy or just turn the dial and press start. Love my dryer.

Hands down the WORST dryer I've ever owned. It takes hours to dry anything. Don't even try with bedding, it just won't dry bedding at all. I've given this dryer a month, which is fair and it's just not doing what it needs to do. I've had bedding in the dryer for over four hours and it's still wet. The dryer just wraps it in the tightest ball which doesn't allow it to dry. Obviously, dryers do this, but not to this extent. I have serious buyer's remorse with this dryer.
