Love this tumble dryer. It's quiet, has many different options of drying and if you use the app, there are many more. As our tumble dryer is in another room I don't always hear when it has finished so for the app to ping my phone when it's done is a bonus. Would recommend this dryer to others considering a new purchase.

Went from a vented dryer to this unvented model as large drum vented was a very limited choice. Definitely wish I hadn't bothered, it very rarely dries a load within any of the preset programmes and usually needs putting on again. It also steams up the utility room its sited in. Would not recommend, go for vented if you can.

Have had Hoover dryers for some time, so decided to stay with what I know and upgraded to this model and very glad I did. Multiple drying options are extremely east to understand and use. Machine is very quiet when in use and fits in well aesthetically. I would definitely recommend should anyone I know be looking to upgrade or replace their current dryer.

Really pleased with this and the Wi-Fi connected app is great. Also delighted with the service from AO.

The dryer itself is very efficient but the model has the water container at the bottom of the appliance and therefore each time you empty it you have to take the bottom panel off. At the risk of breaking the plastic hinges I now leave it off. Also, being at the bottom, every time you pull the water container out it leaks onto the floor no matter what and I have tried various ways of preventing this to no avail. Finally fluff get into the area round the glass in the door and is impossible to get out except with a sharp implement.
