Does all I want and more!

Replacement machine for my last hoover tumble drier which lasted 10 years. So far so good apart from the remote control as the location of the drier in my home does not receive any Wi-Fi signal. I don’t believe this issue will affect new build houses or ones with good Wi-Fi but mine is stone and very old.

It turns out that we didn't need this necessarily. We had a power issue that needed to be resolved more than a new dryer. That said, this dryer is a good one. We still need to figure out the best program to use, but it certainly dries clothes efficiently. Having an app to monitor progress is useful, but it doesn't really help as much as you would think, so given the choice I would have opted for the non-wifi version in retrospect. But as a bit of a geek, more technology is never a bad thing. So, it's a good dryer, it does it's job and I would recommend it. Cannot fault the price or delivery experience at all either, top work indeed.

The tumble dryer is very effective with a huge capacity. The dryer cycles are indicated by icons not words so you have to study the manual. Could not get the bluetooth to connect - contacted the help desk on the app but not response a week later. The water container is at the bottom of the dryer which is awkward and requires the cover to be removed to get it out - much better was the previous model which had it at the top sliding out.

Being able to talor the program to clothing that requires Extra care like gortex or down jackets makes this the best dryer I have bought

Reasons why we picked this tumble drier include the solid, dependable brand and features including that it would switch off when the clothes were dry which is efficient and speeds up the whole process of using several cycles to dry out clothes. It’s all on Bluetooth and wifi through a super app which is clear, informative and easy to use. We are very happy so far!
