Initial impression is positive. Dries well and matches existing Hoover washer. Good drum capacity. Too soon to judge reliability. Dryer options are over-complicated: need to refer to manual to understand settings. Condensate tank cover panel has plastic push-fit catches that look all-too-breakable. Could easily improve with a better catch design.

It is great just what I wanted

Item received in excellent condition. A definite improvement on our last dryer. From order to delivery, the whole process was excellent. Was kept informed of progress all the way (perhaps a little too often, but I'm not complaining.) All in all a good product backed up by excellent service.

Not quite sure at the moment as it seems louder than the 68dB that it was advertised as, and with an odd 'thumping noise', but the clothes seem to dry and the filter seems effective at catching fluff. Time will tell
