AO delivered and all went well so 5* for them. Not so happy with the tumble dryer though. Looks great but there are way too many options, and the instructions are very unclear, as you need to cross reference symbols and descriptions and available options applicable to your chosen program. Further, it seems to take 2 runs to dry properly, and bedsheets inevitably end up in a screwed-up ball which is impossible to dry. The instructions imply that 1 program would prevent this but that didn't work for me.

Love this machine. It works just as it should. Easy to load, simple to set to ensure clothing is dry. Fairly quiet. Wifi connected is an added bonus. So far nothing to dislike about it. Efficient, energy saving and does the job!

Great product, exactly what it says on the tin, worth the money without doubt

This is a great product at a good price, relatively quiet and dries in the time it says it will, which is always a bonus! The filter fills up quite quickly, but the advice is to clear it every use, so we try to do that. All round a great purchases

Very good condenser dryer, it has a good 10kg weight and dryers the clothes really well , if u forget to put it on u can use the Wi-Fi ,
