Good Value with many options of use, replacing old Tumble Drier with new tec. Reduce cost useage .

As a product it works fine, does what you need and the price was good for the level of functionality and quality. Only downside I would say is it is perhaps a little unnecessarily complex! I bought for my mother-in-law and it has far too many settings, lights, buttons and dials. I can understand it and could appreciate the wifi element, but it is complex for a 77 year old. The water container is also right at the bottom which makes it hard for elderly people to empty. Normally they are at the top but it was not clear from the description and pictures. That said, I chose it and perhaps should have done a bit more research, but the Hoover Brand was what we targeted. So all in all, good condenser for the price.

I am delighted with my newcondensor tumble dryer

Early days but so far so good. The machine is fairly quiet and relatively simple to use, and the corresponding app is a useful feature (with extra programmes). However, neither the app or instruction booklet explain what temperatures each of the cycles run at (e.g. a 'Rapid 30’ minute cycle may not be suitable for clothing labelled as low heat, but who knows!). The bottom cover isn't hinged so has to be removed completely every time you have to empty the water reservoir which could be improved.

Superb service .We were kept up to date with delivery.Dryer arrived is time allotted.Its so easy to use and instructions are simple.Really pleased. Would buy Hoover again without a shadow of a doubt.
