Good product

The design is quite annoying with the crevasse stuff gets between the glass somehow and it's impossible to clean away I don't fully understand the dual water tank feature but my 4 stars is mainly for the irritating design.

Great price, easy to use, quiet.. the only drawback is the fact the water catcher is at the bottom of the machine but sorry from that pleased with purchase

Works efficiently, plenty of programmes to suit all clothes. It is VERY hard to empty water container. I'm in my 80s and crawling around on the floor is VERY difficult also cleaning lint fibres is not easy but doable. It is the lifting out of the water container, I do it frequently so it's not too heavy, but getting down on the floor and getting upright with the water container puts me off using this machine

Very easy to use and looks smart too, not tried the app controlled though, was slightly annoyed that you gave yo flip a panel off to empty it, I thought it was the one with the water collection in the door
