Really easy to use. Nice and quiet. Lovely having the window to keep an eye on drying. Not using the remote through phone as think it's waste of tine. Overall 5 stars

very poor quality/ longevity

used it about 8 times over 15 months - out of warranty after 1 year. stopped working, ordered replacement parts (via appliance engineer); didn't fix it, told better to buy a new dryer altogether as more parts would be more expensive than a new one.
really very poor.
