Unfortunately I cannot give readers a review of my experience using the product because I was unable to use it. Having paid for the fitting and checking service thought everything would be okay when I needed to use it, but not so. Having put the damp clothes in found the door would not shut. I checked the instructions to see if I was doing anything wrong then after several attempts asked someone else to have a go and it still would not shut.
To cut a long story/phone call, Hoover customer services wanted to send an engineer and give me £50 credit if I kept the dryer. I refused and had the machine uplifted and my money returned because in addition to the door found the machine to be of poor construction and badly designed with the water container positioned at ground level behind an air vent section. I had to get down on my knees to open it pulling with both hands. Then had the dryer worked remove the full (heavy) water container to empty it and go back to the floor to replace it after every drying session.
A week after the dryer was returned an engineer arrived to fix it!!!
