So far the machine has proved to be excellent. Quiet and the combination of programs means that there is always one to suit your needs. I find the all in one setting very useful.

The good points: it dries ok, doesn’t leave dust everywhere like my ancient condenser dryer did, is fairly quiet and a large drum The bad points: takes longer then my old machine by a whole hour, steams the windows up despite the room being large and well ventilated so now have to leave the external door open which defeats the point of having a condenser and personally I find it dries to hot even on delicates setting will more then likely donate this dryer to someone in need and purchase something from a different brand

Easy to use and dries items quickly

Really great results, much quicker than my old heat pump one. The hOn app is great too, getting a notification when it’s done is nice. Downside is the water tank is in the bottom and behind a poorly designed panel, it’s simply enough to do but a pain.

Literally the best purchase of the year! I didn't even know it was a smart dryer, I can connect it to my phone, it has lots of different programmes and it looks aesthetically good too!
