Really easy to use. Nice and quiet. Lovely having the window to keep an eye on drying. Not using the remote through phone as think it's waste of tine. Overall 5 stars

used it about 8 times over 15 months - out of warranty after 1 year. stopped working, ordered replacement parts (via appliance engineer); didn't fix it, told better to buy a new dryer altogether as more parts would be more expensive than a new one. really very poor.

Excellent quality and value for money

We have had our new Hoover HLEC9TCG condenser dryer 3weeks. We decided to go with it because of the good reviews. However, though it works well as a dryer for ordinary clothing, when putting in bedding ( 2 king size sheets and pillow cases, 9kg weight, removed from our 9kg washer) the dryer causes them to roll up and they do not dry well. Never a problem with our previous dryer. We also found that we need to put the sheets in separately to ensure they dry well. The instructions that the dryer comes with are a little confusing. We worked them out in the end. Also, as stated in the instruction book, the clothes in the dryer are very hot before the cycle is complete, so checking clothes before the cycle finishes is tricky., I.e. checking clothes are not tangled. This is our reason for 3stars.
